Have a Hoppy Day

Hi!  Back again for another project for

I have used the

So many images, so little time!

This little fellow is just cooling himself on the pond.  It kind of reminds me of a photo scrapbooked.  I had some lotus paper in my stash and thought this would be perfect for the theme.  There is always someone out there that loves frogs.  I am sure with some added flowers they will love this card.
I have enjoyed using some older sets.  We should make an effort to use older things in our stash a little more often.  You never know, you may find an old favourite!
Happy crafting!

#724

That time again.
and we are now up to
#724
I have been playing with Beat Papers latest release

Since there were only 5 boxes along the bottom I added the 6th character in the blank area, to the left and used his favourite saying.

I am sure this will not be my last project using this set.  Anyone else out there love this show?
Happy crafting!

Happy Happy Birthday

I am so excited to show you what I have made today for

Ink N Splatter

Now the set I have used is

Pond Life Pairables Stamp Set

It is filled with frogs and turtles, reeds, lilly pads etc.  But amongst all this is a lovely daisy.

So what I did, was to stamp it out 11 times. That is right!  11 times.  Coloured in the center and then fussy cut them all out.  Now you could do the masking technique for this, but I was in the mood to do some cutting out.

Placed them on the card front after I sponged a little blue on the background.  Adhered them one at ta time to give a group effect.  Popped a couple out from the flower canopy.
The sentiment is from Stampin Up.  I added the 2 little dragonflies to finish it off.
A group of the same image looks dramatic and awesome at the same time.
And it shows another way to use a set that may not have been the intention.
Thank you for stopping by and happy crafting!

Beat Paper April Release

Hi and welcome to another great release from

This months release is a very popular one in my household.
We watch tv while we eat our dinner at night.  When the news is finished we switch channels and watch this timeless show.

I have wanted a set of this to play with for so long.  It even has the frame and a few key sentiments that come directly from the show.
And the best part of this set is that it is digital which allows you to change the size to suit you!  I did play with the frame image a little so it would let me fit all 6 characters in it.
This set is just awesome!
If you click on the names above that are highlighted it will take you directly to the shop.
Thanks for stopping by.
Happy crafting!

Slow Down

Hi there!  Today I am sharing with you a little project using a  set from
and using a really cute Pairable set called

I had to take a few photo's of this one as it really needs the different angles to show off the actual technic of the card.

It is just so cute this technique.  There is acetate in the oval window for the turtle and flower to adhere to, giving them some strength.  Love to use acetate on cards.  Really adds a wow factor to them.
I also used Raspberry Crush Patterned paper 6 x 6 pad for the front cover.  Love the pattern on this piece.
Thank you for stopping by and hope to see you soon!
Happy crafting!

Hay There Chicky

Happy Easter!!  Well, almost...hehe.
I am sharing today a little card I made for my Nieces birthday for

The sentiment can really be used for any occassion.  It just depends on what you want to write inside it. I love the size of this set also.  It has so many images to choose from as well

I done an "Amy Young" with this one.  I love her work so much.  Used my Copic markers to make the background.
I used a random die from my stash to add a little chook fencing behind the sentiment.  It fits perfect with the theme of the card.
I just love chooks.  You can colour them whatever colours you like as there are so many types to choose from.  Me, I love the original chook colouring I knew as a kid.
Hope you like it, and thank you for popping in.
Happy crafting!
