Cupcake Kitties Notebook

 

Hello!  I am finally back from a bit of a forced hiatus.  

Being sick is not fun, but I am back now!

Today I am sharing a project using

Cupcake Kitties Stamp set

And also the matching papers from this release

Sweet Blue Celebrations 6x6

Every month or so I like to decorate a notebook for either myself or for the kids and their friends.  

This one is totally for me.  I have never been a blue girl but this one just screams "keep me!"

Isn't that balloon patterned paper the best!

I love the colour of siamese cats so that is what I have done here.  Cut out a shape from a co ordinating patterned paper and used that as a background. Added a couple of diecuts to fill the background and a little Note sentiment to finish it off.  

I did not want to add too many lumpy bumpy embellishments as they tend to fall of in my hand bag....lol.

Sharing a project today I made using

set from their new release from last month.

Sweet Celebrations

A retro feel is how this card turned out.  I googled a stool clip art and coloured that in for the little fellow to sit on.  The papers give a tiled effect.  There was something missing to finish the card.  Thought of what is in the atmosphere of a little milkshake bar.  Music!  So I die cut a few musical notes and placed them around the card. 

finished off with a sentiment.
