April APTTC

this months sponsor is

The Hungry jpeg

And the group of images I used were from a file called

The best thing about this months sponsor is the projects you create can be a lot faster than normal to make.  As they have premade embellishments and images that you can print directly to a card front.
This one I printed then cut out using a circle die.  I turned it into a shaker card, adding poinsettia flowers and some gold foil leaves.

is here with a whole new lot of inspiration for you.
One of our sponsors is

and the image I am using today is

Not only do you use digi's on cards but you can add them to tags just like this one.  I was going to do a series of bookmarks but time got the better of me this week.
I firstly print it onto a piece of paper fed through the back of my printer.  Then I temporarily tape my tag over the image in the position I need it to be.  Then run it through the printer again as it will print it in the exact same spot.
I coloured the image in with my copics, and stamped a sentiment onto it (would be great for Mother's Day!)  Added a few gems and used a similar coloured cardstock to the back to bring the colour out in the flower.  The pink I used in the flower I coloured the edges of my metallic silver ribbon so it finishes the tag off nicely.
You could even add the tag, as is, to the front of a card if you liked.  Maybe a little subtle patterned paper behind it and t would like really nice!
Thank you to Fred She Said for sponsoring us over at Penny's this challenge.  Without our sponsors we would not be making our projects.

Malibu Raine Dolphin

Hello to you wherever you are.  I am back to share a project I have done for
and the image I am using is

I started by printing the image onto a piece of card that fits on the front of card.  Next I sponged on some Tumbled Glass oxide ink. Not on the whole front just mainly behind the image used and to the bottom right corner.  I grabbed a background die and cute out it out of white cardstock to add over the front panel just to add some texture and a little something extra this project.
I did go over the splashes with some copic marker to help them stand out.  I had printed an extra dolphin the exact same size as the previous one, coloured him and fussy cut him out and popped him on the front with foam tape.  Add in some flowers and leaves in the corner for some decoration and lastly added my sentiment.
Thank you for popping by my little corner of cyberspace.  Until next time....

is a go!
One of our awesome sponsors is
and the image I used was

Doves With Heart Wreath

I have not done a wedding card in a long time.  So I thought this image was just perfect for that.
I coloured it up and used some old retired hexagon dies to turn it into a shaker card.
I added some little white flowers with gems in the center to the top of the card.
The Taylored Expressions stamp and die were perfect to finish this off.

#134 CCC Digi Designs

We have a new sponsor this month (yes again!!! Another first for us!)

The image I have the pleasure of playing with is
And we have a theme this month.- Include Flowers
And lucky for me the picture already has one! (I had actually forgotten but took another look at the project and there it is, top and centre!!) lol

To get the wiggly shape on the top and bottom I actually used a MFT stencil.  It just gives a little something different to a straight edge.  I used my copic markers to colour it in R's, E's, YG's, B's and YR's.
The sentiment is out of a Gnome set from MFT.  And a litle hard to see in this picture but on the bottom right under the sentiment I placed 3 clear sequins, just add a little something.
Thank you for stopping by and don't forget to play along for your chance to win a prize.

time again and we have some awesome inspiration for you.
And one of our great sponsors is
They have some really cute stuff, so do yourself a favour and check them out!
My image for this project is

To top off the image it even comes with the sentiment to suit!  I reckon that is awesome!
I have noticed that I seem to have a black, white and red theme happening lately...lol. Isn't it funny how we all have a phases we go through
A simple colour scheme can really pop with the right images.  And to finish this off I used a border that makes it look like it has been taken straight out of a notebook.
I also printed an extra pocket watch and coloured and cut it out and popped it on top to add dimension.  Threw on a couple of gems and voila.  The perfect card for any music lover.
