Wishing Princess Friends

Hello cyber world!
It has been a while.  Too long.  I have missed posting (believe it or not!).  Once all my Design Team terms ended I was concentrating on my Pop Culture stall for a local event we have, where I live, every year.  And then I took a week off.  Phew.  The short break done wonders for my crafting battery (hehe).

I did say I would share all the colouring from this, that I challenged myself over 30 days to do.  I will do that, but first I am sharing a new digi set from  Kindred Stamps called

Aren't these little guys the cutest!  And for those that would like the copic colour combo's I have a photo below with all listed.  This is something I am doing with all my KS sets.  It is handy to have when I need to colour up more characters without the time consuming part of trying to pic the combo's I need.

Digital images are so easy to use.  This set has all of them on the one PDF page.  Simply download, print and colour away.  No editing needed as they are sized perfectly to go with the
I'm Wishing set.  No muss, no fuss!

Thank you for taking the time to check out this moody lot.  I can so relate to nearly all of these daily, can you? lol
Have a great crafty day my friends!

30 Day Colour Challenge

I have been so busy colouring for the upcoming FraserPop Culture Festival that I have forgotten to share some of my work.
So here goes.

Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

Day 4

Day 5

Day 6

Day 7

Not only do I colour up this example but I make multiples of each (from 5 to 20 depending on the character).  That is a lot of colouring.  This month is going to be a very productive one!

If you want to follow the daily posts on FB you can find me here!

Will share tomorrow the next 7 days.

Mermaids

Hi eveyone. I am back today with some CAS style cards using the mermaid images I coloured (in another post) from Craftin Desert Divas

All four of these images are available over in the Craftin Desert Divas Digital section.

The background I used Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch oxides on watercolour paper.  The sentiments are just simple ones I printed out from a Word document.  I matched up the base card with each mermaid to give them an individual look.  Any mermaid lover would be more than happy to receive one of these!

Have a great crafty day!

Swing time

Sharing my last new release project for this Summer Games digital set from Craftin Desert Divas

I was messing around with colour combo's with my oxides and this one caught my eye.

Isn't she just gorgeous!  It is almost like a sunset in the background.
I used the Torn Paper Dies ( rectangle shape and the hooray) and the leaves from Inside Scallop Dies

Threw on a few gems and printed out a simple Happy Birthday sentiment.  Very easy card to copy.  Even for a beginner

It's About Time

It is Artistic Inspiration time again.  And this image is soooo cool!

This months sponsor is Ikes Art.  And this image Warped Time fitted in nicely with my pop culture challenge this month.

This is a very simple card to make.  I printed out the picture then coloured all the alternating tiles black.  Then I cut slits around the clock to allow the coloured images to slip underneath.  These images are from Kindred Stamps It's About Time set.  It is amazing what we can use from our stash to make the perfect card.
If you click the link above for the Artistic Inspiration challenge, you can play along and maybe win yourself some digi's!

Colour Challenge

To those that know me, you will know that I love my fandoms.  And I am a huge fan of Kindred Stamps.  I am currently prepping for a Pop Culture Festival our local high school organizes as part of their business courses. It is an excellent weekend of people enjoying themselves and looking/participating in all sorts of events and displays.

I have my little stall filled with cards, and other handmade goodies.  I am challenging myself this month to colour everyday for 30 days to have everything ready in time for the July event.  Every week I will post what I have done for the whole 7 days, just so I can prove I can do this.  I am hoping also to cut every image out as well on the daily basis so July can be assembly of said goodies.

Here is the first image I have done.  This will give you an idea of what is to come.

Mermaids

I am back again but this time I am sharing some colour combinations for Crafting Desert Divas.
I have used all four of the amazing mermaids they have.

Here are the links to the girls (but probably not in any particular order)
