Cupcake Kitties

New release!
Today I am sharing my second project from the Celebrations range from Ink N Splatters new release for this month.
The set I played with is called

I coloured up my kitty sort of like a Siamese cat.  Dark grey tips and a light grey all over.

I am so into the shaker techniques lately.  They are an easy "wow" factor to any project.  I made my own little mix with what sequins and chunky glitter I had in my stash.

I also used the papers from the new release.

Sweet Celebraitons

Such a great range of patterns to choose from.

Here is a picture that gives you an idea of how it is put together.
The die you are wanting to use.  The papers then die cut out and trimmed and adhered together.
The foam mount tape strips to hide under a white frame I cut out and added acetate to it.
The image and the sentiment.  Not shown is the shaker mix.  You can use any that are premixed or make up your own like I did.  Hope this helps.

Sweet Bunnies

May release time for
Ink N Splatter

I have to say the colours in this release are so pretty.  All shades of blue and shades of pink and purple.
Love it!!
My first project for this release is
and I also used papers from the latest set of papers

I used 3 different pages for this project.  That is very different for me.  It is good to challenge ourselves once in a while.
I coloured the image then fussy cut it out.  The "Sweet" sentiment is from this set, but the happy birthday is a random one from my stash.
It really is a cute release.  All the links are above, please check it out for yourself.
Happy crafting!

Panda Love

Ink N Splatter time again!

We here, the DT at Ink N Splatter are getting a free pass on any type of project we would like while we wait for the New Release to go LIVE.
So I grabbed out the
Lovable Pandas stamp set.

I also have used the paper from
Raspberry Crush 6x6 paper

I diecut a heart from the main panel.  Lined it with acetate then used foam mount tape to outline the outline on the back side of the card.  Add sequins and glitter then adhered it to the patterned paper.  Instant shaker card.  Throw on a sentiment and add the coloured and cut image of the panda.  Pop on some extra sequins and there you go.
I am sure I will be making a lot more panda projects as I do love them a lot.
Stay tuned for the new release out very soon.
Happy crafting!

#725

Time to play along with Sketch Saturday again.

Sketch #725 is ready to go

I had planned on getting 5 different versions up in time for this challenge, but I will add them as I get them done.
I am using the Sailor Moon set from

With all the projects I have done for this sketch I kept the character colours as the elements.
These characters are so cute. And best of all I don't need to blend the pens when colouring.  Fairly simple colouring helps to get the mojo flowing again.
I will add more of these once I have finished making them.
Don't forget to play along with us as we love seeing all your projects.
Happy crafting!
